Director Consumer Marketing
Scope of Responsibility:
The Digital Database Marketing Director is responsible
for managing all digital consumer brand communications. The incumbent will drive member registration, unique usership and revenue growth by creating and executing creative, original, eye-catching campaigns and will drive, track and manage execution across LifeCare’s clients.
Develops, executes and delivers LifeCare’s digital/online marketing strategy.
Mines LifeCare databases to build audiences and employs algorithms to isolate audiences for ongoing campaigns
Designs and manages ongoing campaign activity
Reports on marketing effectiveness and provides recommendations for performance improvement
Manages email and campaign management systems and vendors / Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third party vendors.
Develop customer-centric best practices for engaging audiences in digital channels.
Architect and implement digital marketing programs associated with driving key business goals including: revenue, interest, awareness, engagement, loyalty and satisfaction.
Develops and executes solid plans to increase registration, page views, unique visitors, dwell time and site stickiness to encourage repeat usage.
Monitors all digital engagements and orchestrates the end-to-end view of the customer journey for all audiences and channels.
Leads digital marketing innovation.
Reviews technologies and explores new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication
and business objectives.
And any and all responsibilities as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years in a digital advertising position. Experience with social media and product launches.
Strong integrated marketing communications and management skills including agency management, research, analysis and strategy.
Demonstrated results through search engine optimization.
Creative, quick thinker with strong executive-level communication skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
Self-starter, flexible, creative, independent thinker and impeccable attention to detail.
